The department covers the TMT, pharmaceutical, and real estate sectors, among others. Cezary Przygodzki leads the team, specialising in international tax planning and M&A. Also key in the department are Dariusz Stolarek, who covers tax issues relating to corporate and project finance, Michał Bernat, a qualified Polish Tax Advisor with experience in state aid law, and disputes expert Aleksandra Rutkowska. Tomasz Krasowski has strength acting for real estate clients. Michał Borowski joined from CRIDO in January 2025.
