Represented BES and its Liquidation Committee in various pre-litigation and litigation matters since the European Central Bank revoked BES's banking license in 2016.
Representing BANIF in almost all the pending proceedings against it following the resolution measure applied by the Bank of Portugal – the Portuguese Banking Authority – in December 2015, as well as in all legal actions related to the resolution measure.
