The ‘dynamic, competent and available’ team at TELLES specialises in restructurings, labour due diligence, collective bargaining, and employment litigation. Operating from Lisbon and Porto, the team offers corporate clients day-to-day advice on employment contracts, remuneration, pension plans, and social security matters. Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira leads the team and focuses on large-scale restructurings for both Portuguese and international clients. Sofia Pamplona coordinates the Porto-based labour law team, while managing associate João Dotti de Carvalho heads the Lisbon office.
