The firm also boasts a robust funds practice, providing comprehensive counsel to regional and multinational investors on inbound and outbound transactions, fund establishment, and management. Nabil Issa leads the team and splits his time between Riyadh and Dubai and is regularly active on M&A and private equity deals. Saud Aldawsari relocated from Brussels and supports across the full range of practice matters.
