The team is led by Stuart Clubb who is praised for his 'technical advice to clients' in relation to insolvency related litigation. Clubb is supported by Andrew Foyle, whose higher rights of audience sees him work on a portfolio of disputes covering challengeable transactions, directors’ duties, and winding up petitions.
