Represented Daelim Industrial Company (now rebranded as DL E&C) in a dispute concerning an aborted L+EPC contract for the construction of the largest petrochemical plant in India and in Asia.
Successfully represented Goldbell Engineering in an appeal to the Court of Appeal (CA) by Range Construction arising out of a Building and Construction Security of Payment Act (SOPA) adjudication determination which Range sought to set aside.
Represented Dragages Singapore in a lawsuit against Craft Projects (HK) Company and Craft Projects International Company in a S$14.8m claim upon an indemnity/guarantee in relation to the roofing works of the Singapore Sports Hub.
