The Jones Day team advises on various funds matters across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. The team also handles transactions for Asia Pacific-based investors dealing in the US and Europe. Ben Witherall has significant experience on fund formation, limited partner fund investments, private equity investments and capital raising transactions, while Zack Oswald advises investment managers on the structuring, formation, marketing and management aspects of private equity, real estate, credit and venture capital funds; the pair co-lead the offering.
