Allen & Gledhill LLP operates a large and broad-based real estate practice, which leads the field in a number of areas. It advises a range of investment funds, property developers, REIT managers, government-linked companies and institutional property investors. The team has experienced further growth in mandates with the gradual reopening of the REITs market, while it has continued to target the digital infrastructure segment with considerable success. The group is advising private equity funds on a regular basis, particularly in relation to acquisitions and disposals of industrial property portfolios and data centres. Office and residential assets are also key sources of business. Ho Kin San is hugely experienced and is co-head of the corporate real estate team alongside Tan Boon Wah.
