Kinstellar

Kinstellar covers a wide variety of employment services ranging from negotiating with executive managers and trade unions, to also being able to advise on personal tax, social security and employee health insurance owing to the close collaboration the team shares with its tax department. Head of the employment and labour law team Adam Hodoň combines his expertise in cross-border acquisitions to advise on the impact it has on employees, while in employment disputes, Roman Oleksik represents clients in issues relating to white collar crime and day-to-day counselling on all aspects of Slovak labour law. In business restructurings, Matúš Kočíšek and Lívia Miklenčičová are skilled in advising employers on restructurings and its impact, including transfers of an enterprise and mass dismissals. Pavol Rak joined from Noerr in September 2024.
