Griffin Law is known for its mediation practice, and its strong focus on alternative dispute resolution. The team is jointly led by Mark Edmonds and Donal Blaney, with Rose Eady having joined the leadership team in October 2024. Edmonds has deep expertise in disputes involving complex contractual frameworks and the application of the Braganza test, and Donal specialises in claims arising from alleged breaches of warranties in share purchase agreements, and directors’ duties disputes. The team acts for a wide range of financial services and private equity clients.
