Highlight-Mandate

  • Successfully defended Vertellus Specialities Limited before the Employment Tribunal, which found there had been no failure to make reasonable adjustments in relation to a disability discrimination claim for over £220,000 in compensation the processes undertaken by the respondent.
  • Successfully defended ASD Unique Services LLP against claims of unfair dismissal and religion and belief discrimination in the Employment Tribunal and on behalf of a care home client involving the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 (“Regulations”).
  • Successfully pursued claims for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination on behalf of two swimming instructors and secured successful findings on employment status and continuity of service, as well as succeeding with claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination.
