Yulchon covers a wide array of matters related to banking, including structured finance, finance-linked derivatives for hedging purposes, and asset-backed securitisation. Practice co-head Young Su Shin's finance practice spans structured finance, real estate finance and issuances of securities, and fellow co-head Jae Hyun Park primarily acts in overseas investment and finance deals. Kyu Sik Kim and Ho Jin Lee both handle a varied stream of work, with Kim a key contact for financial regulatory advice and Lee overseeing general finance matters.
