Having established a digital finance centre in 2024 to enable the firm to advise on digital finance and virtual assets, Yoon & Yang LLC provides guidance on financial regulations, IP, and new technologies. Co leading the team are Hyun Suk Jung and Sung Woon Kang. Hwan Jun Heo has extensive experience developed from his former role at the Financial Supervisory Service. Seung Jae Yeon adds additional expertise in financial regulation, while Hye Jin Hwang covers disputes on finance, securities, and insurance.
