At Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, the energy and infrastructure team combines expertise in project development, project finance, M&A, construction, technology and public-private partnership projects. The team particularly excels in renewable and alternative energy projects for multinational energy companies. Practice head Hyunchul An is a key contact for multinational and domestic entities on their investment in and development of energy projects in Korea. Among a broad practice spanning energy-related regulatory and transactional work, Wonchul Nam has been involved in the construction and operation of power plants and the establishment of joint ventures. Seungkyo Lee left the firm in February 2025.
