Practice co-head Junghwan Lee is a seasoned advisor on cross-border real estate transactions, while fellow co-head Dong Seok Woo lends his broad experience to commercial property acquisitions, real estate financing and development projects. Jin Wook Yang concentrates on real estate deals involving REITs and real estate funds, as well as project-financed developments.
