On the corporate side, the team possesses particular specialisms regarding the technology and data segments. The practice is jointly led by Ashley Avery, who handles a wide range of commercial law matters with a focus on commercial contracts, as well as data protection and technology. Also co-heading the team, Matthew Stoate frequently assists clients on inbound investments into the UK.
