Joe Lewis leads the corporate team, advising clients across a multitude of sectors on matters related to shareholders’ agreements and reorganisations in addition to listings and fundraisings on the UK equity markets. The commercial arm of the team is headed by Peter James, who demonstrates longstanding experience in dealing with commercial, IP and IT law.
