Lester Aldridge LLP’s expertise is broad, covering disputes across the healthcare, telecoms, marine, defence and financial sectors. The firm acts in shareholders’ disputes, charter disputes and structured finance litigation, in addition to arbitral proceedings. The team is led by Chris Evans, a seasoned litigator who regularly acts in financial claims, IP disputes, professional negligence claims and contentious insolvency matters. Ben Kerley acts in both litigation and ADR in the charities, sport, construction and manufacturing sectors. Tom Spencer joined the team from Mackrell LLP in February 2025.
