Wansbroughs‘ litigation team is experienced in disputes across a broad array of practice areas, such as real estate, development, healthcare and construction. Members of the team are experienced in litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR. Practice head, Oliver Price, advises on property disputes and contentious insolvency, with experience before the Court of Appeal and in Expert Determination. Tim Prees is an experienced litigator in probate, employment and property claims. Josh Taylor adds strength in the firm’s property dispute capabilities, with particular skill in tenancy disputes.
