- Advised National Savings & Investments on the employment and pensions aspects of a major government IT outsourcing project, to procure five separate contracts, together valued at c. £1bn.
- Acted for an NHS entity concerning an allegation of breach of contract on the part of the trust, arising out of a disciplinary hearing.
- Acted for Grant Thornton LLP in relation to our its local government external audit work for Birmingham City Council in the context of the council's financial crisis.
