RWK Goodman has expertise across the full spectrum of family law and routinely handles financial remedy, children and domestic abuse work. The team is led by Richard Ellis, who is well-versed in public and private children law work, and Katherine Lauder, who also handles complex private law children matters. Jayne Martins leads the firm’s financial remedy team and has a particular focus on high-value matrimonial matters. Emma Young heads up the care team and has extensive experience in care proceedings, often representing children both directly and indirectly.
