Debbie Gale is at the helm at TLT, and the private wealth team leverages capabilities across a range of matters including multijurisdictional wills and estate work, private and charitable trusts and advice on the changes to inheritance tax, pensions and non-dom status. Gale has extensive experience advising on probate issues, tax work and trust creation as well as cross-border estates and elderly client law, while Sarah Pitman is a key contact for Court of Protection work and mental capacity issues. Caroline Fletcher joined the team in March 2024.
