The practice is led by Matthew Germain, who is well regarded for his advice on ESG commitments, sustainability and climate change, alongside maintaining a practice related to real estate projects such as regeneration schemes and environmental infrastructure. Also leading the team, Neil Bromwich focuses his practice on compulsory purchase orders as well as early stage project development for renewable energy and energy infrastructure, bringing a particular focus on emerging issues including blue and green hydrogen, and biodiversity net gain. Caroline Bush is noted for her work on sustainability, natural capital, and climate change, while Josh Taylor handles the firm’s planning- and infrastructure-related matters.
