The practice is jointly led by three partners: Gaspar Atienza, recognised for his work on large-scale corporate financings and direct lending; José Miguel Pinillos, who pairs deep expertise in Latin America with significant experience in financings and refinancings in the real estate and infrastructure sectors; and Marcos Botella.
