- Advised Viaplay Group on the amendment and extension of existing bank and bond commitments totalling SEK14.6bn ($1.4bn) in connection with a comprehensive recapitalisation which included an equity capital injection of SEK4bn (approximately $383m).
- Advised EQT in connection with the launch of EQT Nexus and obtaining the necessary authorisations etc. to enable the marketing of EQT Nexus to individual investors in Sweden.
