CMS Wistrand’s banking and finance team is well known for handling domestic and cross-border real estate financings for both borrowers and lenders. Stockholm-based Håkan Lindgren, who focuses on real estate and asset finance work, leads the team alongside Kristofer Selvin in Gothenburg, who has experience advising borrowers, foreign banks and financial institutions, and the ISDA, among other clients. Ulf Forsman is noted for his considerable expertise in secured lending, export finance, acquisition finance, and receivables finance, while Hendrik Kangasmuukko specialises in acquisition and project finance mandates. Monica Petersson has retired from practice. Mattias Dacker joined from Eversheds Sutherland in August 2025.
