Recent highlights for the team include advising alternative investment client Castlelake on its joint venture with Swedish real estate company SBB and the subsequent acquisition financing of properties from other SBB companies. Practice head Carl Schwieler focuses on leveraged and structured finance work, advising private debt funds as well as borrowers in the private equity and real estate spaces.
