Eversheds Sutherland

Eversheds Sutherland's construction and engineering practice handles a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters in the heavy industry, manufacturing, energy, IT, and retail sectors, among others. Practice head Jan Österman focuses on commercial contract matters with an emphasis on construction projects in the energy and industrial sectors. In January 2024, the group was bolstered by the arrival of Eva Westberg Persson from Foyen Advokatfirma, bringing with her considerable construction disputes experience. Principal associate Anna Lindsö also plays a key role in the team and is noted particularly for her expertise in contractual matters.
