Eversheds Sutherland‘s disputes team remains active in a variety of sectors, and Jonas Löttiger is noted for his experience in disputes relating to investor treaty arbitrations and other east-west arbitrations as well as enforcement actions against states raising objections of state immunity. He leads the group alongside Oskar Gentele, who has considerable experience acting in domestic and international arbitration and litigation, including major professional liability and construction claims.
