Hammarskiöld’s employment team regularly advises major banks, private equity houses, and corporates, both domestic and international, on a broad range of matters, including TUPE, whistleblowing issues, terminations, and reorganisations, as well as the employment aspects of M&A. Practice head Erik Löfwall is singled out for advising blue-chip Nordic private equity funds and industrial clients on trade union consultations, reorganisations, C-suite recruitment, and incentive schemes. Anton Sjöberg also plays a key role in the team.
