Hellström Law’s employment practice regularly acts for domestic and international clients in connection with redundancies, terminations, collective bargaining agreements, union consultations, and workplace harassment and discrimination claims, among other matters. Practice head Johan Karlman is best known for representing employers, but also advises trade unions and individual employees; he has recently been especially active on redundancy matters. Anna Fernqvist Svensson, whose broad practice includes discrimination disputes, and senior associate Natalie Stjernström, who is noted for her experience advising on workplace environment issues and workplace discrimination investigations, also play key roles in the team.
