Setterwalls‘ practice sits within the firm’s full-service offering, and is equipped to support clients of all sizes within Sweden and internationally. The department is active in IT mandates across the financial, automotive, and retail sectors, among others. Fredrik Roos, in Gothenburg, co-leads alongside Sophia Spala, who is based in Stockholm, and Marc Tullgren, who works from Malmo. Roos’ practice covers AI, machine learning, and the internet of things, while Spala advises on commercial transactions and data privacy issues. Joacim Johannesson leads the firm’s fintech practice, and Niklas Follin contributes strength in data protection and cybersecurity mandates.
