BOKWALL RISLUND’s public contracts practice continues to advise leading suppliers to the public sector on a long-term basis in connection with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Recent highlights for the group include advising outdoor advertising company JCDecaux in connection with litigation concerning additional payment for the use of public space in outdoor advertising. Per-Owe Arfwedson, who is experienced in the life sciences, medical devices, transport, and pharma sectors, leads the team.
