Stefan Brocker has considerable experience advising shipping and transport companies as well as maritime insurers, while Johan Ljungberg advises investors and corporations on transactions and joint ventures in the shipping and transport sectors, with notable experience in transactions involving state-owned assets, such as port terminals.
