The practice is helmed by Elliott Geisinger, whose strengths lie in commercial arbitration and investor-state disputes, Christopher Boog, who is well-versed in disputes arising from engineering, commodities and investment issues, and Philippe Bärtsch, who maintains a broad practice that spans M&A, infrastructure and licence disputes.
