Valfor Attorneys-at-law arose as a result of a merger between leading Swiss firms GHR Rechtsanwälte, BianchiSchwald and Python as of July 1, 2024. The firm’s employment, pensions, and immigration practice group is headed by Stéphanie Fuld and Rolf Hartmann and advises clients on a range of employment-related issues. Fuld has over 15 years of experience in the field and often acts for national and international companies in employment-related litigation. Hartmann advises employers in all areas of labour and public personnel law, with a particular emphasis on drafting employment law contracts.
