Valfor Attorneys-at-law was formed in 2024 following a merger between 3 Swiss business law firms, GHR Rechtsanwälte AG, BianchiSchwald, and Python to create a national law firm with 6 offices across Switzerland. The TMT team is led by Leo Rusterholz, a recent partner-level addition from Lenz & Staehelin, and supports clients on contentious and non-contentious matters such as transactions and compliance issues. Rusterholz specialises in tech-related matters such as data breach investigations and privacy compliance. Christoph Gasser provides expertise in intellectual property and information technology law.
