Baker McKenzie’s TMT practice advises both domestic and foreign clients across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the UK. Serving government entities and clients active in the consumer goods, technology, and automotive sectors, the team is co-led by Louis Hsieh, who specialises in telecommunications law and satellite communications licensing. Sean Shih focuses on information security, data privacy, and e-commerce compliance, and his expertise also encompasses privacy policies, transaction SMS updates, Taiwan’s data privacy law, regulations related to AI mapping, and post-data breach reporting. Kevin Wang and H. Henry Chang are also key members of the team.
