Headed by Darani Vachanavuttivong and Alan Adcock, the firm’s breadth of expertise covers regional and global IP portfolios, patent and trade mark litigation and IP asset transfers. Vachanavuttivong handles matters of IP prosecution and enforcement as well as complex dispute cases, whilst Adcock specialises in IP commercialisation, taking on issues of due diligence and licensing agreements. Somboon Earterasarun is recommended for IP portfolio management and brand protection, whilst Wiramrudee Mokkhavesa boasts experience in the enforcement of IP rights. - Assisted Universal Music Group with its USD 45 million acquisition of a music publishing catalog owned by RS Group in Thailand, including conducting extensive IP due diligence for the transaction, identifying and advising on potential risk factors, and drafting and reviewing IP-related provisions in the Asset Purchase Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement.
