Joining the team as practice head in February 2023, Denys Dutchak specialises in restructurings and the creation of corporate governance structures on behalf of large companies. Viktor Zalizniuk specialises in large investment projects and PPP, while Iaroslava Lahan brings to the team particular expertise in the energy industry. Liudmyla Krokhmaliuk boasts extensive public-sector experience, and the addition of Andrii Lozko in March 2023 bolstered the team’s corporate governance offering.
