Avellum's team of ‘market-leading antitrust lawyers’ is involved in the drafting of Ukrainian competition legislation and works closely with the Antimonopoly Committee. The team is experienced in representing clients before both Ukrainian and international courts, in antitrust litigation and investigations. State aid is a particular area of expertise, along with large-scale privatisations and corporate restructurings. Mykyta Nota leads the team, with a strong background in obtaining merger clearances for both national and international acquisitions and JVs. He is a go-to representative in cross-border competition litigation.
