Vadym Samoilenko specialises in advising national businesses and multinational corporations on HR crises and sensitive employment matters, leveraging his expertise in employment planning and risk management. Team co-head Inesa Letych boasts a broad employment and immigration practice, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters across the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, food and beverages and financial services sectors. Her key areas of focus include collective bargaining, reorganisations and redundancies, and labour protection and industrial safety.
