The firm excels across multiple sectors, and has overseen marquee acquisitions in the healthcare sector, major mergers in the financial services space, and large-scale asset disposals in the aviation industry. Team head and regional managing partner Mohammed Al-Shukairy is the key relationship lead to some of the firm’s most consequential government and state-backed clients, operating on transactions across the Gulf. Jason Mendens is active on public and private M&A and has a strong track record on deals across the Middle East and Africa. Daud Khan was the lead advisor for M42 on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Diaverum, while Deniz Tas, who is praised as a ‘fantastic leader’, advises on prominent deals in the energy, infrastructure and real estate spaces.
