Winston & Strawn LLP’s practice group routinely appears before state trial courts and the U.S. Supreme Court handling appeals on behalf of corporate clients in the life sciences, pharma, insurance, infrastructure and telecoms segments. Corporate and securities fraud appellate litigation is a noted area of expertise for the team. Leadership is shared between a Chicago-based duo comprising Linda Coberly and Scott Glauberman. Coberly recently represented Relevent Sports Group, LLC, securing a second Circuit victory when the court revived Relevent’s antitrust suit challenging a FIFA rule prohibiting official season professional soccer league games from being played outside a team’s FIFA-designated country. Andrew Tauber left the firm in January 2024.
