  • Representing Cigna in a putative class action brought by Cigna members challenging Cigna’s reimbursement of out-of-network intensive outpatient behavioral health claims priced through Cigna’s arrangement with a third-party vendor, MultiPlan.
  • Representing Apple Inc. in connection with the App Store antitrust cases filed by Epic (Epic Games v. Apple Inc.) and a purported class of consumers (In re Apple iPhone Antitrust Litigation) related to it, which are both pending in the N.D.
