- Acting as lead counsel and strategic advisor to Credit Suisse on all of its litigation related to its legacy residential mortgage-backed securitization (RMBS) business, including securing a “Market Moving Reversal” decision from the New York Court of Appeals, that guts Credit Suisse’s damages exposure in RMBS litigation.
- Represented the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the Brenner v. NCAA, et al. case after a four-week jury trial in which the Plaintiff was seeking $125m in damages for alleged injuries resulting from a football workout.
