- Defending Occidental in a subsurface trespass lawsuit where the plaintiff alleges C02 injected by our client and Apache Corporation for enhanced recovery in neighboring units traveled across unit lines and contaminated and damaged the plaintiff’s reservoir in the South Mallet Unit.
