Justin Mirabal counsels utilities on regulatory and transactional matters, while Justin Mirabal represents electric and natural gas utilities, project developers, and financial institutions in regulatory and appellate proceedings at both federal and state levels. Backed by $8 billion in DOE funding, Dentons provides legal counsel on energy regulation, transactions, policy, governance, and government contracts.
- Continuously advised CPS Energy with respect to general dispute, litigation and clean energy transition strategies. We also advise on significant cyber-security and privacy issues related to increasing roll-out of new digital “smart” grid technologies. Currently advising CPS Energy about ramifications of the recent Supreme Court's decisions dismantling the Chevron Deference doctrine.
