Specializing in cross-border project finance and development, Milbank‘s global project, energy, and infrastructure finance group is instructed by debt and equity investors, private sponsors, and government lenders on power and energy projects, oil and gas projects, and infrastructure and telecoms projects. The team is also adept at handling restructuring, development, and financing matters. With a robust offering, the department has amassed an impressive client roster predominantly comprised of businesses from the banking and finance sector.
