Clifford Chance’s energy and infrastructure team has experience advising on the regulatory and transactional aspects of energy projects related to renewable power generation facilities, energy storage, and hydrogen. The groups’s offering covers acquisitions, joint ventures, and portfolio sales, as well as regulatory compliance, power purchase and storage services agreement, and FERC applications. Heading up the department in Houston is Anthony Giustini  who is supported by financial markets expert Alexander Leff. Leff is noted for his deep knowledge of project financing and tax equity transactions, while Washington DC’s Marcia Hook specializes in commercial agreements, M&A, and capital markets deals.
